Checking the Status of a Ticket

Opened a ticket? Want to check on status? No problem. Simply visit our support portal and select Sign In in the upper right navigation bar.



Once there, either add your email and password to Sign In or create a New User account if necessary. 



Once logged in, you will see all tickets submitted for your account. You may add another ticket from the window, or select any ticket to see information and add any additional comments.
