User Role - Viewer

All users are assigned "Viewer" role status. Viewers can view, explore, drill down, make selections and filter the dashboards that are shared with them. Viewers only need a standard web browser; no plugins or downloads are required. 

Viewers may do any of the following:
  1. View dashboards assigned to them
  2. View dashboard data assigned to them 
  3. Toggle dashboard filters on/off
  4. Drill into a widget
  5. Export dashboards to .pdf, image or .csv files
  6. Export widgets to .pdf, image, .xls or .csv files (depending upon the time of widget)
  7. Access Pulses / Data Alerts
  8. Create Pulses / Data Alerts
  9. Delete Pulses / Data Alerts
